Willow Wellness is a group of mental health and nutritional practitioners located in beautiful Wilmington, NC who operate independently while also sharing business responsibilities, coordinating holistic care for clients, and cultivating a reputation in the community. 

Ashley Swinson, Tide Associates

Ashley Swinson, MSW, LCSW, is a Certified Therapist in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), specializing in trauma-informed care with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She has extensive experience working with complex trauma disorders with co-occurring conditions like agoraphobia, panic attacks, generalized anxiety, depression, dissociation, and chronic pain.

Place of Peace Counseling and Therapeutic Center

Place of Peace was created to help individuals, couples and families in our community navigate the stressful nature of dealing with mental health and other life challenges. We are a group of psychologists, therapists, counselors and social workers who use cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness and meditation and trauma therapy, among other things, with the goal of helping individuals create a peaceful place inside themselves.

Stillpoint Counseling and Wellness

Stillpoint offers professional counseling services, as well as small group mindfulness, meditation, and yoga classes. They take an integrative approach to wellness by looking at the whole YOU and the community of support around you.  Stillpoint collaborates with other providers in our community in order to have the best possible referral sources for you when you need them.  So, whether it is a movement class, nutrition, medication, or medical care that you need, they will help you find the support to feel well again. Counseling services are individualized to meet the needs of each person. Stillpoint offers individual therapy for adults, teens and children, as well as family therapy and parent coaching/support.

Callan Wall, Tula Wellness

Tula Wellness believes food and body peace is for everyone. Callan Wall, RD, LDN helps guide clients to a place where self-care speaks louder than self-discipline, away from diet-culture and toward a better sense of what makes them feel balanced and well. Using intuitive eating, mindfulness, body respect, self compassion, & evidence based nutrition, we work with the whole person to find meaningful connection between mind, body, and food.
