Before embarking on her journey in mental health, Alyssa spent several rewarding years as a high school English teacher, where she cultivated a deep passion for supporting adolescents through their formative years.
Her transition into therapy was driven by a profound desire to address the multifaceted challenges faced by individuals at pivotal moments in their lives. Alyssa now holds dual licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate (LCASA), equipping her with specialized skills to support clients through a range of issues.
Alyssa's practice is centered on helping individuals navigate the complexities of substance use, offering a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to recovery. She also has a strong commitment to working with adolescents, particularly those transitioning from high school to college or the adult world.
