A Bit About Rachel
Rachel specializes in deconstructing systems of oppression with an emphasis on relationship distress, anxiety, and women who suspect they may have autism. She works primarily with Gen Z, millennial, and Gen X women.
Rachel also loves working with clients with hoarding behaviors or difficulty accumulating/getting rid of items. She works specifically with these clients using a mix of values and self-compassion to help clients in these situations be able to make change that feels meaningful for them and honors their goals.
Her approach involves active engagement, and she has been getting additional trainings in EFT (emotionally focused therapy), IFS (internal family systems), and systems therapy. Clients have described sessions as challenging and Rachel is known for offering direct feedback.

She holds a Master's in Social Work and a Masters in Education of Human Sexuality. Rachel began her career at the Center for Eating Disorders at Sheppard Pratt and started Honeybee Psychotherapy & Behavioral Health in 2018.
