Ashleigh's approach is centered around the individual and what they hope to accomplish with the therapy process. She prefers to meet people right where they are, helping them develop attainable goals to succeed along their journey.

 

Ashleigh works with adult clients and has a strong background in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, which she implements in her practice. She believes that finding the right therapist is the most important part of the therapeutic process. Ashleigh strives to create a safe space where clients feel supported and nourished towards the life they want to live. She hopes to support and empower others as they navigate life’s challenges and celebrate their victories.
