A Bit About Morgan
Morgan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is passionate about helping individuals break free from the cycles of anxiety and self-doubt that can keep them feeling stuck. She specializes in working with adolescents and adults experiencing Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, and related concerns such as body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs) and body dysmorphic disorder (BDD).

Morgan’s therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based care. She values building genuine connections and believes therapy is most effective when clients feel truly understood and supported. Drawing from Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), she helps clients build new responses to anxiety and move toward a life that aligns with their values.

Clients working with Morgan can expect a safe and empowering space, where growth is encouraged at a comfortable pace. She brings a calm, steady presence to sessions and balances empathy with honest feedback. Her goal is to offer practical tools, active support, and meaningful change.

Outside of the office, Morgan enjoys exploring new restaurants, spending time with friends, and relaxing by the beach. She believes therapy isn’t just about symptom relief—it’s about cultivating self-compassion and living more intentionally, even when life feels imperfect.

Morgan earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
