Faith Hedrick

Faith serves as a Case Manager at Honeybee Psychotherapy & Behavioral Health, where she walks alongside clients as they navigate life's challenges, helps connect clients with meaningful resources, and works with clients to identify and take steps toward the goals that matter most to them. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Appalachian State University and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at the University of North Carolina Wilmington as she works toward becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Faith believes that every person deserves to feel seen, supported, and empowered, and she approaches her work with warmth, curiosity, active listening, and a strengths-based perspective. Her professional interests include trauma, attachment, and relationship concerns, with a particular passion for helping individuals understand the lasting impact of childhood experiences while fostering resilience, self-understanding, and hope. Faith is honored to be part of the Honeybee community and looks forward to helping clients build confidence, overcome barriers, and discover that they don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.
