Welcome to Honeybee Psychotherapy & Behavioral Health! Whether you are just starting your therapy journey, continuing to explore, or returning after a break, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to learn about who we are, what we offer, and how to get started with a therapist.
Why People Reach Out
You don’t need to be in crisis to start therapy. People come to us when they’re:
Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck
Navigating identity or relationships
Managing trauma, grief, or burnout
Trying to break old patterns or heal from harm
Exploring ADHD, autism, or other neurodivergence
Feeling alone—even when surrounded by people
Now that we have talked a little bit about who you might be, let us tell you a little bit about who we are.

Who We Are
· LGBTQIA2S+ celebrating
· Neurodivergent-affirming
· Anti-oppression, anti-racist, and working-class aligned
· Down-to-earth and deeply human
What We Believe
We embrace you exactly as you are. Payment Options

We believe therapy should be accessible, so we offer a variety of ways to make it work for you:
Insurance
We accept several major insurance plans, including:
Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), State Health Plan, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and Tricare (Preferred Out-of-Network Provider)
Private Pay (Self-Pay)
For those not using insurance, we offer straightforward private pay options.
Sliding Scale
We provide income-based sliding scale rates to help make therapy more affordable starting as low as $35 per session. We're happy to discuss what might work best for your budget.
💛 A Note as You Begin
Reaching out for therapy is an act of strength and care- for yourself, your relationships, your growth, and your healing. You don’t have to have everything figured out. You don’t have to do it perfectly. You just have to begin.
If you’re ready—or even just thinking about being ready—we’re here to walk alongside you.
Come as you are. Stay as long as you need. Heal at your pace.
